I did two certificate courses with Harmony Health and Counseling, Internship/ Training and Psychotherapies & Applied Therapeutic Applications. The learning experience was immense. The cases that were discussed, role play and assignments helped in giving an in-depth understanding of the topics that were dealt with. Interactive sessions made learning extremely easy, just as if we were polishing innate skills. Topics like addiction were introduced by guest speakers, who were an inspiration of how to rise from the dark periods of life and lead a wholesome life with balanced relationships. Looking forward to more such learning from Harmony Health and Counseling.
'Harmony - Flow of life', such a beautiful and well thought of name. Counselling is very sensitive & complex process, but it was made easy with the way it's explained step by step. During this internship, one will understand actual difference between theoretical knowledge & practical implementation in real world setting. For all the topics, there was role play planned which gave all participants a chance to explore & practice those skills.Thanks a lot Tahreen ma'am, you and the whole team are very helpful. Your knowledge and teaching skills really helped to enrich the knowledge.
When I joined I was unknown to the counselling world, what is to be done, how to do and so on. I got to know all these things. I found many wonderful psychologist or aspiring psychologists and they today became very near and dear to me. This is all because of you Tahreen ma’am. I gained the confidence to speak in English and speak freely what’s in my mind

The internship period done with “HARMONY HEALTH AND COUNSELLING SERVICES” was quite of an experience to me in personal. Interacting with some of the highly experienced teachers and counsellors really helped in gaining a ton of knowledge regarding the aspect of the subject.Meeting with some established personalities of the Industrial organisation such as TANUJA SABLE MAM was of great experience. WASIM SIR shared his valuable resources with us for better understanding.All of the experience was gained because of HARMONY. Great thumbs up for Priyanka Mam & Ashraf Sir, both of them were very helpful and friendly in this internship period.
Doing my internship with harmony was one of the best decisions I have made. The internship covered every aspect of being a IO Psychologist. Thank you harmony for creating a program that covers everything that we need; starting from role plays to real life situations and examples and exercises.
Learning was funfilled, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in fully virtual setting. The virtual learning experience was quite good. There did not seem to be anything lacking.This has been by far one of the best courses I have ever attended. The Instruction was fluid, precise and integrated real-world examples. Excellent delivery and great use of time. Great class and I will recommend this to upcoming batches going forward
